Workshops, Events & Training
In addition to one-on-one coaching, I offer workshops, training & talks on topics that are meaningful to me, and affect us all. I work with educational institutions & organisations to share insights on thought-provoking areas of coaching & neuroscience that can help us all to function with a little more health & ease. Topics are research-based, and I have a strong focus on application rather than pure theory, with an emphasis on how we can enact change in our day-to-day lives.
I enjoy speaking on subjects such as:
Equality & Empowerment
Emotional Health
Resilience
Motivation & Habit
Perfectionism & Procrastination
The Neuroscience of Creativity
Time & Energy Management
Boundaries
Anxiety & Stress
Value-based living
