From my clients:

“Eileen brings a rare combination of intellectual acumen, skill and emotional intelligence to her coaching, and I can't recommend her highly enough. As an executive coach, she helped me navigate a major career (and life) change, and continues to provide knowledgeable and remarkably spot-on guidance for strategic decision-making. Eileen is always up to date on the latest approaches and research behind human behaviour and social interactions, and she weaves this knowledge skillfully and unobtrusively into her coaching. I feel safe in her hands, and more capable of making the choices that direct me on the right path. Every session I have with her leads me to better understand myself and the people around me, and this is hugely important to moving forward in any area of life. Through and through, Eileen is an outstanding coach.”

“I've had the privilege of working with Eileen as my coach.

Eileen is incredibly well-read and deeply informed - her unique strength is in how she applies this wealth of knowledge: listening intently, clarifying complex thoughts and intellectual ideas, and translating them into practical, actionable steps.

Her guidance has been transformative, both personally and professionally, and I'm very grateful for her practical wisdom, warmth and expertise.”

“I describe coaching with Eileen as pilates for the soul. It’s time set aside with the sole purpose of helping me to get strong, stretch and evolve so I can meet the demands of life with a little more grace.

I have found Eileen's questions, insights and challenges immensely helpful in ‘working out the kinks’. The pace / agenda is always set by me and I can honestly say I have felt seen and understood in a way that I hadn’t experienced with other coaches. From that starting point, I made huge leaps forward in a short space of time.

Having Eileen in my corner poking holes in my bullsh*t has yielded benefits I didn’t think were possible. I’ve been able to let go of old behaviours because creating something new and aligned is so much more appealing. Why settle for a Big Mac when you can have Kobe steak?

Holistic in the true sense of the word. (And not an angel card, crystal or sandal to be seen!).

Patient, insightful and professional as f*ck.

Worth every unit of time and money.

I think everyone should get coaching from Eileen. She helped me bridge the gap between what I knew and how I could activate it in my world to create a better life.

“Eileen is a skilled and thoughtful coach. She has a great way of listening, understanding and empowering solutions. Although I myself work in strategic planning and bringing clarity to clients, it’s difficult to do that for yourself. You need outside expertise along with innovative practices. Eileen delivers powerful insight for the follow-through decision making that becomes the change you need. Both my career and personal life have hugely benefitted from Eileen’s coaching.

It would be true to say that there’s been a ‘before’ and ‘after’ to my life since my engagement with Eileen Dunne. As a result I've recommended her to a number of friends and colleagues.”

“I highly recommend Eileen. It’s my first time working with a coach and it’s been transformative. As someone who has consistently participated in courses, workshops, and online subscriptions to professional and personal development work, Eileen’s one-to-one service is beyond comparison.

The pace and tone of the sessions are welcoming and secure while I am invited to explore familiar and less familiar perspectives and attitudes that shape my situation and process. Eileen really helps in getting curious and creative when looking at possibilities to progress your goals.

I didn’t imagine the huge impact this work would have over a relativity short period of time… thank you for “being in my corner”. I’m so grateful. I’ve already gotten some golden nuggets of insight that’ll improve my life and those around me for the rest of my days :)

I came to coaching with the goal of gaining clarity around my purpose and getting unstuck from misaligned habits and systems so I can get paid to work in the area I love.

I now feel I’m on track to achieve this. Identifying and understanding the cause of my beliefs and attitudes that directly impeded my confidence and trust in myself has helped me to be patient and compassionate with myself while taking positive steps towards my goals.

The coaching has given me fresh perspectives towards obstacles that in the past have seemed insurmountable. I feel more grounded when considering situations (real or imagined). The realisation that I have tried to organise my life for so many years to avoid needing help, as I viewed it as a failure on my part, has been instrumental. The flip side of that now is, I have a much deeper appreciation for any act of help and kindness I receive, it’s quite beautiful and profound at times.

One of the main insights I’ve had is that for me, doing the hard stuff is easier than doing the good stuff! In the past I was well used to rolling up the sleeves and getting stuck in, overloading myself with tasks and grinding out some progress... what I realise now, the vulnerability I feel to bring a deeper honest version of myself that needs help and support results in stronger connections and better long term outcomes.”

— Alan Doyle, Ireland

“Eileen took me on a journey of self-discovery. She equipped me with the tools necessary to cope with daily struggles and enabled me to live in the moment, yet prepare for the future.

Eileen supported me to have an appreciation for life, family and friends. Most of all, Eileen made me see the potential in myself. Her service is non-intrusive and totally confidential. I felt totally at ease, like chatting to a friend.

Thank you Eileen for all your support.”

“Eileen’s approach is enlightening - it allowed me to take ownership of my goals and achieving them.

Eileen’s creativity allows for new thinking and learning while still ensures I stay in the driver’s seat to succeed at what matters most to me.”

— Erin C., Dublin, Ireland

“I was transitioning from being a principal of a secondary school to retirement I wanted to take time out for myself, guided by a coach to explore the new stage of my life.

With Eileen's guidance and support I have travelled an important personal journey and I feel prepared to embark on the next stage of my life.

As a result of coaching, I have accepted myself in a real and valuable way. I am not as self-critical as I was previously. I have relished the change in my life and am excited about the new possibilities this life holds for me.

The main insights I have made are that everyone has their own truth. That I value myself in a real and meaningful way. I am empathetic and people-centred and that drives my journey and makes me excited.

At first I was nervous of the undertaking, especially the time aspect of the coaching. Now having completed it, I can only say it has been the best investment I have ever made in myself. I have learned so much about the triggers that sometimes sabotaged my view of myself. I am now a lot kinder to myself .

Thank you for your insights, kindness and truth during the coaching sessions. It has really assisted my in my outlook and has helped me travel unknown paths with confidence.”

— Moya Lynch, Ireland

She is never judgmental and always able to offer a new perspective; she is a visionary thinker with a real-world practical approach.

I’ve benefitted immensely from her ability to motivate, and her encouragement has helped me to build compassion for myself and to strive for higher standards for my own life. She has a beautiful talent for seeing things from multiple perspectives, and in doing so, has gently guided me to ever greater things in my life.”

“Eileen was recommended to me by a friend. She is calm, thoughtful and direct in her communications and provides interesting resources to back up her suggestions/exercises. There is a structure to her sessions without rigidity so they flow really well. I have no hesitation in recommending Eileen as a coach.”

Aileen MacDonagh

“I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Eileen Dunne recently as part of a Diploma programme I was undertaking. I had four coaching session with Eileen and found the experience extremely beneficial.

I found Eileen to be open and honest throughout each of the sessions. Each of the sessions was really well structured, with clear agendas established and a number of outcomes identified as a result of each session.

Eileen has a very clear and deliberate communication style but at the same time was able to challenge me, in a healthy way, to get me to think outside the box and look at different ways to achieve my objectives. Eileen was engaging throughout the programme and demonstrated an ability to really listen to me and understand what I was saying at all times.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Eileen as a coach in the future and believe that anyone lucky enough to find themselves sitting in front of Eileen will benefit significantly as a result.
