Have you ever felt that you’d like a moment to just... stop?

If you’re feeling stuck, coaching allows you a space to pause, catch your breath, and with support, consciously design the next phase of your life.

Do you struggle with:

  • A sense of being stuck in some significant aspect of your life, such as your work, health or core relationships?

  • Uncertainty around the future - even in deciding what you really want?

  • A lack of purpose or deeper meaning in your life?

  • A sense of disconnection in key relationships in your life?

  • A sense that life isn’t following the script?

  • A feeling of running on autopilot?

Coaching can help.

Imagine if you could

  • Gain deep clarity on what’s actually most important to you.

  • Define the work - in your career, creative, or personal life - that would truly deliver a sense of purpose.

  • Identify and overcome unconscious limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck.

  • Learn neuroscience-backed strategies to build new, healthier patterns from your first session.

Hello

My name is Eileen Dunne, and I’m a life and career coach. My coaching approach is based on my belief that the fundamentals - mindset, mental & emotional health, and a deeper alignment with the Self - are what leads to meaningful success and fulfilment.

I offer bespoke one-on-one coaching, tailored to your individual situation, as well as unique workshops and events on personal development and neuroscience.

If you’d like to tell me more about your particular needs, drop me a line to arrange a call.

How does it work?

The process is simple:

  • To start, fill in the form on this page, or send an email.

  • We’ll then arrange a free consultation call, during which we’ll talk about the current challenges ahead of you, and where you’d like to get to.

  • If it seems that coaching is a fit for you, I’ll give you some options - typically, a 3, 6 or 12 month programme with regular 90 minute Zoom calls or meetings.

  • I’ll finalise all logistics with you. You then get a chance to consider all this, and opt in or out.

What’s required of you?

In order for coaching to be a fit, you simply need to do the following:

  • Commit to the coaching programme.

  • Show up with honesty - this is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can speak truthfully about all aspects of your life.

  • Be prepared to take action and be held accountable throughout the process.

A little more about coaching...

A short intro to coaching, that explains a little more about the process.

Carbon is a common element to all known life.

Under pressure, it turns to diamond. The term diamond, a corruption of the Greek word adamas, “the invincible,” describes the permanence of this crystallized form of carbon.

From my clients

I can honestly say I have felt seen and understood in a way that I hadn’t experienced with other coaches. From that starting point, I made huge leaps forward in a short space of time.

Having Eileen in my corner has yielded benefits I didn’t think were possible. I’ve been able to let go of old behaviours because creating something new and aligned is so much more appealing.
— JOHN H.
Eileen took me on a journey of self-discovery. She equipped me with the tools necessary to cope with daily struggles and enabled me to live in the moment, yet prepare for the future.

Most of all, Eileen made me see the potential in myself. Her service is non-intrusive and totally confidential. I felt totally at ease, like chatting to a friend.

Thank you Eileen for all your support.

Eileen is an incredibly gentle and empathic person with an innate gift for teasing out a problem, and helping you to see things more clearly.

She is never judgmental and always able to offer a new perspective; she is a visionary thinker with a real-world practical approach.

She has a beautiful talent for seeing things from multiple perspectives, and in doing so, has gently guided me to ever greater things in my life.
